The terminals appear to be of reasonable quality and the organizer works well. The various types of terminals are delivered in small zip-lock bags with one type of terminal per bag. In my order, two of the types of terminals were missing. I contacted Amazon and they promptly shipped a substitute. Because of the missing parts, I am rating this product at 3 stars. Amazon customer service, however, deserves a big 5.
