We purchased this for our electrical business several weeks ago. Replaced a much more expensive unit that was not nearly as nice. Ordering a second one right now!

Cart arrived unassembled in a flat square box with the only label being "Made in China". Had the following problems with the quality from least to most severe.
Need several more carts, but will not purchase this one again. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your wire storage needs.
6. Assembly error in the factory - the "TaskMaster Tools" label near the handle is hidden once the handle is put on because it was put on the wrong side by the factory.
Not a biggie, as I don't particularly care to show off this apparently cheap brand, but lacks attention to detail.
5. Cart is not particularly rigid once assembled. Parts fit tightly but would clearly not stand up to "heavy duty" use on a construction site.
While the picture looks like it may be "one piece" welded construction, there are actually the following major pieces: handle, top "upside-down u-shaped" bracket,
two extenders that go down to the wheels, flat plate on the bottom, wheels. The parts above are held in place by approximately 20 bolts, and the same type of
metal rod the wire spools hang on serves as an axle.
4. Instructions are inaccurate - the type of bolts used to hold the plate on the bottom are misidentified, and the picture does not make clear which part goes "inside"
and which parts go "outside" - can figure it out, but would have been easy to make more clear.
3. There should be a "tip hazard" warning that wires should be dispensed only with the cart laying down, but this is not given in the instructions even though carts of
similar design give such a warning.
2. A mallet was required to get some of the parts to fit inside one another, as they were not sized to correct tolerance.
1. Threads stripped with very light pressure. The orange part of this cart is made from a square-shaped steel "tube". This tube is drilled and then threaded to receive
the 16 bolts that hold the cart together. In several places, these threads stripped with very light pressure when the bolts were tightened, making it impossible to
fully assemble with the parts provided. This is a simply unacceptable level of quality control, rendering the provided cart essentially useless before used.
Don't buy.
