The TL223 set incorporates the following: AC220 SureGrip Alligator Clip Set, TP1 Slim-Reach Test Probes, and a TL224 SureGrip Silicone Test Lead Set. The red and black AC220 clips have a pair of little, insulated, nickel plated jaws with a blunt tip that grab round screw heads up to 9.five mm. The red and black TP1 Slim-Reach Test Probes are intended for closely spaced or recessed terminals. Just an FYI from a friend of mine who works for FLUKE - Their test probes and test leads are made by Pomona electronics. You may be able to find this exact same item with the Pomona name stamped on it for a lower price and it will be identical to the Fluke model since Fluke owns Pomona now.
Both fluke and pomona make excellent and safe test leads. These feature the fixed safety sheild to prevent you touching the conductor which is becomming more common on meters to prevent shock.
