Customer Reviews
OK, I have a few other timers but this one has them all beat No digital fancy stuff to program, really no instructions need to be read it's very self explanatory, and there are no removable clips are parts to lose. You just pull the little tabs in or push them down, up for on, down for off, really easy. As a bonus there is a manual "on" switch at the top of the unit so you can turn on whatever you want and bypass the timer without messing up your settings. I totally recommend this product and will get more of this kind if I ever need another outlet timer.
So much for GE brand name. I thought this one would last but no. It is a piece of junk! After about a week or so, the timer would just click and not move after being triggered to turn the device off. It would turn it off, but you got to readjust the timer everytime its triggered off if you want it to turn on and continue keeping up with the time. You will just hear it clicking every 15 minutes or so like it want to continue but never is able to. I think I am going to old back old school and go with the ones that have pins. Digital ones have a tendency to malfunction, these pinless ones seem to have manufacturing defects, so it seems like the old ones your best bet.
